Landed! 39 hours later!!!

What a trip, delay after delay but finally landed in Rio. Arrived at my home-stay and Nilda barely speaks English and her Portuguese is soooo fast. This is gonna be fun! hahaha. And I was relying on my trusty Google translater but the internet access signal is too weak. Been on the phone with USA tech for hours but all I can get is a 2G load... sooooo slow. Too tired now. Going to bed. Class at 9 am. BTW - Love Nilda - She made me steak and mashed potatoes for my first meal :) ...then went to bed cause it was so late. Left me to fend for myself - took 10 minutes to figure out the toilet... LOL
