Theatro Municipal

Today we attended a Hip-Hop show at the Municipal Theatre downtown. As I am really into architecture and the structure of theaters, I thought it would be really cool to attend a show there and see for myself what so many others had been raving to me about. And boy, was I in for a treat! It was gorgeous! There, we saw an opening show of a new act in down. It is a hip hop crew who are just now beginning to perform, especially on this level. While I did not enjoy the first half of the perfance, finding it unrelatable and poorly structures and executed, the second half of the show was very exciting and impressive. The hip hop dance style was different that anything that I had every seen before. The dances and music types were all posted, but I will cerfainly check for more shows at a later date. I would love to go to see another I class at Salvador.
